You can move, meditate, sweat and stretch as much or as little as you wish start as early as 6am and join in any or all sessions each day. Sample day..
6-6.50am Sunrise Meditation & Intention
What better way to start each day than with a moment to reflect, set an intention and then a guided meditation.
7.00-7.50am Move Your Body
For those who want to get their heart rates up, move and sweat to a full body workout incorporating cardio and strength exercises with the crisp and clean mountain air to fill your lungs.
8.00-9.30am Morning Asana
Set on the serene yoga deck in the cradle of the rice fields enjoy a morning practice with nothing but the sound of your breath and the stillness to celebrate the start of a new day.
9.30-10.30am Breakfast & Morning Activity
After a morning of activity enjoy a delicious vegan and vegetarian breakfast made from high quality.

2pm Daily SS Workshop or Cultural Exploration
A daily 2hr workshop or excursion. These will have a different intention each day and involve group discussions, interaction and self exploration, local excursions, lunch will be served during this session.
4.30-6pm Yin & Yang Yoga
The perfect combination of gentle flowing movement and stillness with exactly what you need to finish out your day. Rest & reflect until dinner at 7.30pm.
7.30-9.30pm Dinner & Evening Activity
After a busy day enjoy an delicious meal with your Sistas in the private dining room with a variety of evening activities.

SoulSista Sanctuary is an online 24 hour women’s only community. It was to created as sacred space to seek understanding, love and virtual hugs from women who need not know each other personally, but know their messages and struggles as their own. Over the last 4 years Natashia has grown the original seed into her own inspired designs of ‘Comfort Clothing’, ‘Silver & Stone’ jewelry and retreats connecting, sharing and supporting women worldwide. Natashia has 20 years as a Master Instructor and international fitness presenter traveling globally with her own fitness eduction & event company. She is a Bali resident, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher and will share her expertise from awakening workshops to butt kicking workouts and some super sweet asana and meditations.

Cassie is known as a fiercely passionate and soulful teacher, delivering the serious physical and energetic alignment cues required for progress and growth, while maintaining creative and fluid sequencing unlocking the limitations of our minds and clearing a path to our hearts. STEP 1 - RETREAT BOOKING
Select either Double Occupancy $2199 USD or Triple Occupancy $2099USD and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your selection.
You will be issued a retreat invoice from SoulSista based on your room selection.
A $500 deposit can be made to secure your place and part payments available for suitable candidates. Email us for a full booking T&C's document. Payments can be paid by any major credit card through PayPal® via online system.
STEP 2 - PREFERRED OCCUPANCY
When traveling with friends please request room partners when booking. If traveling solo we will allocate room partners.
STEP 3 - BOOK FLIGHTS & TRANSFERS
Check-in to the retreat is between 12-1pm and lunch is at 1pm on Friday 3rd May and check out is until 12pm on 10th May.
Book your flights to and from Denpasar Airport, We suggest arriving at least by the 2nd May (the day prior ) and staying close by in Ubud.
We will be arranging a complimentary shuttle service from Ubud ( Onion Collective ) from 11.00am to 12.30pm on Friday 3rd May to the retreat hotel.
We can assist with transfers to and from the airport if required for an additional fee.
